Once your order has been fulfilled a tracking number will be sent to the email address used to place the order. Don’t forget to check your spam and junk folders! As a reminder, orders may take up to 1-2 weeks to arrive as stated at the top of our website and in the confirmation email.
If you do not receive an email from Guinto Family Farms within an hour of placing your order, be sure to check your personal Spam folder.

Typically orders ship within 2-3 business days. On occasion some orders may take up to 1-2 weeks, if you have not heard from us regarding the status of an order feel free to initiate contact, please email info@guintofamilyfarms.com.
ORDERING POLICIES
Guinto Family Farms does not accept returns. That being said your satisfaction is very important to us.
We will work on a case by case basis and utilize both store credit (Guinto Family Farms E-Gift Code) and discount codes for future purchases as compensation.
Guinto Family Farms is unable to add discount codes to orders after they have already been placed, and no more than one code can be used on a single order.
SHIPPING
Orders may take up to 1-2 weeks to arrive. Many orders arrive sooner, depending on the immediate availability of ordered items.
We do not offer expedited shipping.
We currently ship only within the United States.
Guinto Family Farms is not responsible for lost/stolen items. In the case of a lost/stolen package please contact the carrier directly.
We are unable to replace items stolen, or lost in transit. We will, however, do everything in our power to assist you!
